Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

We will process your order within 1-2 business days after receiving it. Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the following business day. 

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Canada, US and Mexico. Customers can select premium shipping methods at checkout at extra charge.

For orders requiring special deliver, you should get in touch with us at sales@hardem.ca

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery within a 50 km radius of our Oshawa location. Deliveries are typically completed within 48 business hours.

In-store Pickup

We provide in-store pickup by appointment only for your convenience. Please wait until you receive a confirmation email before arriving at the pickup location during our designated hours.

Courier Shipping Time

Courier standard shipping time typically takes between 2 and 5 business days to deliver within Canada, 5 to 10 business days to the US and 7 to 14 days to Mexico. We primarily use Canada Post for shipping within Canada and Purolator for shipping to the US and Mexico. For shipping in Europe and South America, please visit Hardem.com.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the Carrier's website.  

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and either resend your order or issue a full refund.

  • Shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
